Morning Madness!

When you wake up to an irritating alarm clock, a phone buzzing you out of sweet slumber, or even the yelling spouse or kids telling you to get up when all you really want to do is sleep longer…

Why do you continue to succumb to this Morning Madness?

Change Your Routine!

Go to bed earlier.  Alter the timeline of activities that must be accomplished in the morning before going off to work or taking the kids to school or summer activities.  Give yourself permission to renegotiate the start time of your Day.

But…for your health…find a way to sleep undisturbed until you awaken naturally.. Fully rested.  Recall your dreams.  Plan your Day.  Stretch in bed before getting up.  Only get out of bed when you are completely ready to start the new Day wide awake and totally functional.

Sleep long and sleep deeply.  Dream.  Rest fully!  This time accounts for one third of your Life…so do it in a spectacular fashion.  Design your Life around sound sleep.  Sanity will return with this wonderfully sweet slumber until your are ready to greet the morn!
