If you insist on drinking apple cider vinegar straight or neat; then at least follow it with some organic lemonade or strawberry apple juice to allow your mouth to release the pucker mode!
Yes, it’s true that flossing and rinsing your mouth with a mixture of GSE and purified water is also going to eliminate the causes of bad breath. Once you adopt a whole foods regimen, after a few years your breath will be as sweet as a baby’s breath naturally. Don’t be afraid of garlic, onions, or spices which all help your gut to cut down on the bacteria, yeast, fungal, and growth of other microbes in your digestive system. The best toothpaste is Nutri-Biotic which contains GSE and tastes like peppermint. You can also rinse your mouth with peppermint tea between meals to refresh your mouth when you are not piling food into your stomach.

It is common sense to take a smaller portion of every dish instead of leaving and wasting food on your plate. In this economy, you want to eat enough to make you full, but never throw away good food! I would have said to Quit Smoking instead…
For ulcers, the doctors took a page out of Dr. Oz’s quick fix book. Cabbage juice is one very effective solution when used daily until all signs of your ulcer are gone. You must juice your cabbage fresh and drink it right away. It won’t be as bitter and you can add a pinch of sea salt with it to smooth out the taste. Aloe vera and Kudzu Pudding are also going to soothe the stomach ulcers.
