Hungry for Change: Watch the Trailer, See the Movie, and Take a Stand For Healthy Food Production
You can set up a Screening in your Community for the “Hungry for Change” movie at a theater near you. One of my dear friends has arranged to bring it to our local cinema next Saturday and it’s quite possible that the film is being shown somewhere close to you. It’s worth the price of admission, because the admission of the disparities in our food production methods deserves YOUR attention. Together…we can change the way our food is produced by taking a Stand here and now.
We’ve been addressing these issues for forty years, so this is nothing new to us. However, many people who sluggishly shop at the grocery store, buy their fast food burgers, and get sucked in by commercials and advertising campaigns don’t have any idea what’s happening here. If they knew and when they find out, they will be appalled and disenchanted by the practices and methods of food production that is behind the poor health of the American public.
“Hungry for Change” – The Movie – “Food, Inc.”
This film features the significant issues that we’ve been finding solutions for all these years. It’s going to give you the ‘why’. If you are as smart as we think you are, you won’t be eating any processed or commercially-produced foods that are discussed in the movie after watching it. It will change your Mind and that’s precisely the point!
Doctors wonder why obesity and disease rates are increasing at an unacceptable pace in this country. This movie exposes the reasons why people are not healthy, despite their economic strength. The food is not fit for human consumption!
People don’t laugh anymore about our passion for organic natural whole foods. The jokes about granola and nuts and health nuts is no longer a laughing matter. It’s a serious issue that is at the very heart of the health status of people in this country and around the world. Those of us who have taken the leap and have eaten whole foods for decades are healthier, more vibrant, and obviously enjoy an enhanced state of well-being. We’re living proof that this is important information that is being presented to the public in this film.
The more demands made by more consumers for better food, the more the industry will respond. When we show where we stand by buying whole organic foods and beverages; then the industry takes notice and makes changes. It’s their law of supply and demand at work.
Go to the Screenings in your town, buy the DVD and help get the word out to schools, parents, and every person who eats. Together, we really can bring about meaningful change and your health depends upon it! Buy locally, buy organic, buy the best for your money; and then tell someone about the healthy foods your dollars are buying to bring about change!
