TheDoctorsTV and The Tricks of Ick: Ways to Avoid Having to View the Icky, the Sticky, and the Gross
This repeat episode of TheDoctorsTV was all about the utterly gross stuff that our doctors see in the ER, their office visits, and in the course of their daily lives. They are the ‘icky’ stuff of the crazy things people do…or don’t do that makes even the most trained professional just stop…and say, “ICK”!
The gym floor and benches and common areas was graphically described by Dr. Travis. Who goes there? Find a better gym or athletic club where the staff takes care of the facilities. You don’t have to put up with the gross stuff that Travis made a grimace about when the body fluids, hairs, and behavior of dumb guys becomes repulsive and unacceptable.
Patients can actually learn to embrace healthy Lifestyle behaviors that prevent vomiting, sneezing, coughing, oozing, and other disgusting actions when they are sick, ill, or uneducated about how to take care of their bodies.
Sure…there’s no need to be grossed out by this icky stuff; but then again, you don’t have to put yourself in a situation that forces you to deal with the things that make you gag!
Don’t feed your infants the questionable foods or beverages that make them upchuck what doesn’t agree with their tummies. Be smart and give them the organic fresh foods and drinks that are welcomed by their bodies.
You can use healthy products that eliminate the icky, sticky, and prickly stuff that happens when you use products that you have a reaction to due to sensitivities to chemicals and toxic substances in household cleaning and personal care products.
Ask your health care professional what you can do daily to prevent these gross things from happening in and on your body. Healthy Lifestyle choices are the way to do the Trick when it comes to the ‘ick’.
