The Doctors all shared their best monthly sources for the disease of the month for the entire year. However, the more important information was the physician’s recommendations of the great foods they had displayed on their set. While doctors focus on these foods as a tool in the prevention of disease, we like to discuss these whole foods as a part of a healthy Lifestyle.

Walnuts and pomegranates are going to do much more for you than to keep you at a lesser risk for breast cancer. Strawberries, beans, and nuts are going to offer you a healthier body which is more significant than lowering your risk for heart disease.
