Extending Your Life Span…Live Long and Well!

It’s not enough to just live many decades, if you are old and decrepit..with constant maladies, aches, or pains; so if you want to Live Long, then Live Well!  It just takes your daily commitment to eating well, thinking well, and being well.

The fewer processed foods eaten, the more years you’ll add to your Life.  The more fresh food from the garden with excellent soil, the more years you’ll add to that.  The more color and music (harmonic) you include in your routine, the more years you’ll Live to enjoy it.  The more you Love, the greater Joy you feel, the more you find things to laugh about; the more you will add to those extra years.

Learn which populations outlive others, look at the foods they eat and their Lifestyles, and allow their secrets to be absorbed into your Life Plan.  If the Japanese have seaweed and seasalt in their regular diet and limit or eliminate all dairy products…then emulate that!  If the indigenous tribes in the rainforests that have minimal ailments eat roots and berries and wildgame…then follow suite!  If the people who live near streams where wild salmon make their annual trek upstream with amazing strength and determination…then go fish!  If you see the old wise men and women drinking red wine after they tend the vineyards and the olive trees…then find your favorites and toast to a Long Life!
