Do You Need a Binding Contract for Your Bowels?
If you want to enter into a binding relationship, especially if you are a little loose; then you will want to make a deal with Kudzu Root. Kudzu Root is much more widely used in Japan and macro circles…but you should really get to know this Root!
Kudzu Root is ground into a white powder and you’ll often find it in chunks. It will dissolve quickly in room temperature water – make sure it’s pure water – and form a slurry. You can stir this slurry slowly into a lightly boiling vegetable broth or a pot of boiling fruit juice. It will readily thicken, so keep stirring and take it off the heat once it starts setting up.
You can eat this pudding immediately, since you want it to go to work NOW! My favorite is the Knudsen’s Morning Blend juice which has a perfect degree of sweetness without any added sweeteners. It takes all of five to seven minutes to prepare the slurry and thicken the pudding until plating it up nice and hot! AppleBanana, AppleStrawberry, Papaya, Apricot juiice and any other favorite blend will also work beautifully.
If you prefer a savory sauce or a gravy; then use a vegetable broth with a bit of sea salt and pepper added to season. You may also add onion, garlic, ginger, or other herbs to flavor this as a sauce for veggies, mashed potatoes, brown rice, vegetable dishes, greens, or even a slab of beef.
