The DoctorsTV and Dr. Oz both have had segments about healthy sleep, healthy exposure to sunlight, and the relative importance of vitamin D3 for bone and breast health.

How many people regularly spend twenty to thirty minutes in the outdoors under the sun? Does that describe you? Did you watch that woman on Dr. Oz who sunbathes and goes to the tanning salon several times each week for many years and could not live without being tan?
