Dr. Oz and Sheryl Crow: Healthy Foods She Ate and She’s Free of Cancer

Dr. Oz interviewed Sheryl Crow about what she did to eradicate breast cancer. In addition to removing the lump and radiation therapy; she used Acupuncture and drank ‘stinky teas’ to support her Immune System and strengthen her body.

Sheryl knows her seaweeds and this simple complement to your daily diet could have a significant impact upon your health, too. Kombu in your bean dishes, nori rolls and rice balls wrapped with nori, hiziki and arame dishes, and wakame are seaweeds or sea vegetables which have been consumed in Asia with excellent outcomes for quite some time. Wakame also is granulated and marketed in a capsule for those who do not like the taste. Just ask us about Viva Natural. It’s expensive in this form, yet it is exceedingly effective.

No one mentioned it, but you will want to drink Miso Soup, too. Organic Brown Rice and other whole grains to balance the beans and legumes make wonderful accompaniments to vegetables and herbs. If you’re smart, you will eat fresh organic fruit to get the direct benefits from the enzymes that are destroyed with heat or other processing techniques.

You might want to watch the Raw Foods video in a previous blog post again and consider making a percentage of your diet raw with the rest cooked. Don’t forget that fermented foods like pickled daikon and kraut also lend themselves to your complete recovery. If Sheryl wants to increase her odds of keeping her health, she will want to continue to eat the foods that Dr. Oz identified as relevant.

Dark leafy greens, cruciferous vegetables, turmeric and garlic, olive oil, seaweed, and green tea were the primary foods given to his audience today. Of, course…I want to caution you on avoiding dairy products and all processed foods. It’s important to oxygenate your body with deep breathing and ionic germanium. The ability to build your blood is enhanced with herbal formulations and colorful foods rich in nutrients. Think GREEN!

I do not recommend aspirin, especially daily due to stress on the lining of the stomach. Onions and shallots that were used in the cauliflower sauce to replace alfredo cheese sauce with pasta is an excellent choice. Instead of whole wheat pasta…give soba noodles and pasta made from rice a try.

One of the most unrecognized behaviors that will keep you healthy, especially your breasts is to get a good lymphatic massage regularly. You might also consider burning your bra and allow your breasts to move in the natural manner that is designed to help circulate the lymph. Find a natural deodorant, too. The last idea that I want to share with you…is that cancer is known to be pleomorphic in nature, so it is essential to keep your Immune System strong to eradicate bacteria, virus, molds, yeast, and keep these pathogens from morphing within the tissues of your body.

Your attitude and Body, Mind, Spirit connection will do more for you than anything else you can do physically to support the health of your body. This is your first and most important approach. Sheryl worked to resolve relationship issues and that made a big difference in the outcome for her. Personally, I don’t think that anyone should be thinking about preventing cancer or any other disease, because then your attention is on the disease. Instead, your attention is better utilized when you maintain your focus on Wellness and joy. That’s a big secret which deserves your contemplation!
