Dr. Oz Grows on HIs Audience: Unwanted Hair and Hormone Health
I was planning on discussing some of the issues about Emerging Health Threats from theDoctorsTV, but instead it is more politically-correct for me to address unwanted hair growth and your Endocrine System.
Sure…there are a number of natural products and methods to address the infectious agents which cause the flu, pandemics, epidemics, and sub-acute illnesses which are rampant among various populations around the world. However, there are Thought Police who have decided it is their fate in life to patrol those who prefer natural and non-invasive methods to address viral, bacterial, fungal, and other pathogens which contribute to infections in humans. I don’t like to have anyone try to regulate my freedom of speech or my freedom to use natural substances to both prevent and eliminate pathogens. So I refuse to be drawn into the battle whether for economic or attitudinal purposes. You can take a stand and learn more from other sources – depending upon which side of that fence you find yourself standing on.
We have mentioned the use of GSE; liquid ionic silver, zinc, and copper; and specific Essential Oils to disrupt the pathogens from getting a foothold in the human body.
Now let’s discuss Hair Growth and your hormones.
There are so many rational reasons to have hair grow on your body that we are not going to go over each one here. Suffice it to say that hair is good. Yet…there are some people who experience excessive hair growth, especially in areas that they judge to be unattractive.
If you lived in Europe, you would find that underarm hair is fine; but in this country there is a fascination with shaving the armpit. Does it make sense to you if I were to tell you that this is a mistake? Why? Why do you think there is a higher incidence of breast cancer in this country? The body deals with perspiration and bacterial growth by growing hair where dampness thrives due to the way the human body is designed and operates. The protective barrier created by hair often keeps bacterial growth in check and keeps it from gaining entrance into the pores of the skin. When you cut yourself shaving under your arms, be sure to wipe the surface of your skin with damp cloth of pure water mixed with GSE to disinfect the area of the skin that has been cut, so pathogens don’t have an open door into your bloodstream or your lymph. You can also use a spritzer with a mist of herbs which will inhibit bacterial growth. There are wonderful natural cosmetic and body care companies who make such products.
Do you shave your legs? Why? So you can wear hosiery which presents additional health problems with respiration and circulation. Get rid of the hose. Use some of that Aussie honey mixture that allows you to pull off the hair, instead of shaving. You will still have smooth silky skin and you can find an alternative to leg coverings. Have you heard of leggings? There are organic cotton leggings which solves that desire to cover your legs to either be color-coordinated with your fashionable clothing or to hide your legs from view to some extent.
Hair that grows on your face beneath your nose and above your mouth is often considered to be undesirable. You can shave it, but it might come in darker and thicker…then what? So the first thing that you might want to assess is whether or not your hormones are out of balance. If they are imbalanced, then it is likely that you can change this hair growth once you restore hormonal balance.
The most effective product to bring balance to your Endocrine System and your hormone levels is Pearl Powder. Every time that an EAV test is conducted, all of the Endocrine System’s glands are brought into balance when pearl is provided to the human body.
There are a number of herbs and Essential Oils which will also balance your hormones, but it is often a lengthy process of ‘hit and miss’, so I am not going to give you any specific recommendations here. It is an individual variation in this regard, so you can visit your local Herbalist or Nutritionist to determine which herbs or oils are ideal for you. There are many Chinese Herbal Formulations which have been used over the centuries which are exceedingly effective.
Soy has gotten a bad reputation for altering estrogen levels. This is primarily due to the use of isolated soy protein, instead of the whole foods made from real soybeans like tofu, tempeh, miso, and tamari. I love Silk soy milk, especially the chocolate without any canola oil. Try to stay away from the canola oil in anything!
Eat your root vegetables and seaweed! Eat your vegetables from the garden. Eat your dark leafy greens, organic nuts and seeds, and get plenty of beans and legumes in your diet. Your Endocrine System will love you for this!
Think Chia Seeds, think Flax Seeds, think Pumpkin Seeds, think seeds….and your hormones will love you for this!
That’s enough of that for now…
If you still find that once you balance your Endocrine System and hair is still an issue for you; then perhaps it is time to examine your archaic attitude about body hair and let it be…
