San Francisco first started the movement away from plastic bottles which add to landfill problems and release toxic chemicals from the plastic into the water over time. Then Chicago<\/span> began to tax Bottled Water. Today, Seattle<\/span> issued a statement saying that the city will not purchase Bottled Water for events and sent the citizens back to the Tap.<\/p>\n
