Dr. Oz Drinking Chamomile Tea and Avocado Smoothies
Marie Osmond asked Dr. Oz what he would suggest for a healthy snack for herself and her brood of eight children. Dr. Oz came up with an Avocado Smoothie that should never have had milk as one of the main ingredients. You might be smart to exchange dairy for rice milk, soy milk, or almond milk instead for a healthy and phlegm-free snack!
You might also try adding raw cacao or chocolate powder to your avocado and blue agave syrup or honey to make a delicious chocolate Smoothie that will also meet your requirement for healthy oils from the avocado.
My idea of a healthy snack for eight children and the vocal dancing sensation, Marie, would be a gluten-free Lemon Wafer. The kids will be thrilled and the lemon is good for Marie who uses her voice and her new figure for her career.
Actually, there’s dozens of healthy snacks on this site which are great for kids who have to deal with food sensitivities and allergies. They taste great, so they will be received and welcomed with open arms and open mouths ready to nibble on something healthy and satisfying. They are light enough to keep both Marie and her brother, Donnie, dancing through their lives.
Ranching with Rocco and roaming through the neighborhood seemed to make Dr. Oz smile as he sipped Chamomile Tea with some very overweight women who are on a mission to learn to change habits and waistlines. The Chamomile Tea in the evening is a good idea, yet it can be enjoyed anytime of the day or night and it alleviates the stress of the challenge as well as the stress from living in the suburbs. I would not support that two hour schedule for new moms and working women, but it simplifies it for some. Breakfast is better for the ladies and the rancher with all fresh fruit and fruit juice, instead of mixing his yogurt with processed cereals. Get rid of those cereals and have whole grains in the morning if you insist upon having yogurt. There’s a new coconut milk yogurt that is better than dairy as a base. Try it and get healthier…
There are other teas in addition to Chamomile that these ladies need to use to achieve their weight-loss goals. Peppermint and other herbal teas along with Green Tea are perfect for a mid-afternoon beverage. Don’t drink too much late at night in order to sleep through the entire night without having to empty your bladder. If you need to nibble on something after six in the evening or after dinner; then get some goji berries or blueberries or dried fruit and take small sips of pure water or fruit juice to whet your whistle after dark.
