Dr. Oz and Producers are Reading My Blog: Whole Food Sources of Soybeans are Healthy and Smart
I am beginning to think that Dr. Oz and his producers are reading my blog posts! On today’s show, Dr. Oz discussed the difference between soy isolate and whole food sources of soybeans. There’s a nasty rumor going around that soy will stimulate the processes in the body to encourage cancer cell growth or hormone imbalance. What’s the scoop?
Soy isolates are damaging to your health and responsible for throwing many organs and systems out of balance in your body. Stay away from powders, processed foods, and any product with soy isolates! It’s been adulterated and no longer resembles real soybean.
Now, let set the record straight. You can trust the healthy whole food sources of soybeans to be good for you. The traditional method for fermenting tamari and making tempeh remains a healthy choice. Tofu and soymilk from organic soybeans are fantastic for you. Edamame is fine. Just remember that it has to be organic and made the traditional way with traditional natural ingredients, not chemicals.
And if you are reading this, Dr. Oz and producers, you can acknowledge that I am a great source of ideas and information for your show by giving me that sweet little Smart Car on today’s episode for compensation. Oh, yes, that’s a sweet little ride!
