Dr. Oz and Healthy Ideas in Your Kitchen
Dr. Oz took his two audience members into the kitchen looking for solutions to a toothache, a sore throat, and bad breath. Dr. Oz seems to be spending more time in his kitchen and he will help many people get healthier if this trend continues….
Dr. Oz chose yogurt to help with bad breath. Last week on an episode of TheDoctorsTV, the doctors suggested parsley, yogurt, lemon, and other foods to improve your breath. We want to add gargling with GSE and MSM along with sweetening your tea with stevia which is anti-pathogenic in addition to replacing sugar.
Dr. Oz asked which kitchen item would be good for a toothache and both audience members selected Clove Essential Oil for this purpose. We agree and you can use an organic cotton ball to place between your cheek and the troublesome tooth to gradually allow the saliva to disburse the Clove EO to the tissue and the tooth.
Garlic was pointed out as a great choice from your kitchen by Dr. Oz and you can use this pungent substance for many of your health issues. You can use the fresh cloves of garlic or get some organic garlic powder to season your food and keep your body healthy. You might enjoy cooking with a garlic infused olive oil which accomplishes even more at one time to improve your health while you fix dinner.
On today’s show, Dr. Oz surprised people with how much sodium is hidden in processed and packaged foods. I will say it again…eat whole foods and use sea salt and spices to flavor your food. If you crave salt, then nourish your Water Element and Kidney/Bladder with sea vegetables, fish, beans, and sea salt.
Dr. Oz fancies himself for featuring anit-aging foods and products and procedures on his show on a regular basis. I applaud this! Today a woman asked if office procedures were more effective than doing these same applications at home. Dr. Oz quite literally shocked me when he said that he didn’t trust online sources for anti-aging products. Really? Wow!
At least you know that you’ll find the best of the best online here and don’t settle for anything less!
Get into your kitchen and use whole foods, spices, herbs, and healthy oils to enhance your health…and then go grab a doctor and pull them into the kitchen and you’ll be doing thousands of people a big favor to use flavor to find ways to better health!
