Quite some time ago, we watched Oprah fight it out with a powerful Industry that had deep pockets, but lacked integrity when it came to honesty about the practices they used in the “bringing to market” of cattle for consumption which left many people grasping the meaning of food safety.

Long, long ago, I personally quit eating meat for thirty years after seeing first-hand the way the cattle industry raised, fattened, and slaughtered animals.  I grew up in Wyoming where real ranchers kept their herd out in the pastures – these were healthy animals and good quality beef for food.  In Greeley, we saw the opposite…the feedlots and the horrific conditions surrounding these slaughterhouses for mass production.  It left us speechless for years.

Finally…reason returned to the segment of the ranching community that called for the traditional way of raising healthy animals.  Free range and grass became the Buzz!  What’s Old is New again…

So…we began to eat and enjoy our steaks and burgers yet again from good people who care about the cattle and the consumers.  You can buy in confidence from our affiliate partners and eat without fear.
