Soften the Sugar Blow from Halloween Candies!
It’s hard to tell the kids just how easy it is to eat too much Halloween candy tomorrow, until their tummies start to feel queezy and unsettled from too much refined sugar and other synthetic ingredients in all the fancy treats.
They have to learn the hard way sometimes. But once they are feeling the headaches and the nausea; what do you do for them at that point?
It is THE best time though…they are most receptive to the natural healthy things when they are feeling their worst!
Hopefully, you will have had the good sense to have sent them out the door to go Trick or Treating with a solid meal under their belts.
After the tenth or fifteenth candy snack…that’s when you pull out your smart arsenal of goodies to soothe the Halloween candy craze.
